He is a pastor (10 Years in U.S. ministering to Chinese international students\, young professionals\, and 2nd generation Chinese Americans; 2 years in Taiwan)\, an adjunct professor in various seminaries (teaching “Practical Theology and Contemporary Issues” and “Ministry Practices in a Pluralistic Society”)\, and the author of “Practical Theology as Discipleship”and “Missional Discipleship”.  His passion is to be a bridge builder between different generations\, cultures\, and disciplines\, exploring faithful ministry pracitces in today’s pluralistic world dominated by the market economy and ideological conflicts.
