IMPORTANT INFO:
Can I donate blood? Yes, if you:
- are 16-60 years
- weigh at least 45kg
- are generally in good health
- have a haemoglobin level of at least 12.5g/dl (female) and 13g/dl; (male)
- have NOT travelled to any malaria or West Nile virus affected area since July 2025 (see www.hsa.gov.sg/blood-donation/can-i-donate for more details)
REMEMBER
- Bring your 11B/NRIC/ passport/ student pass/ driving licence/ donor card on day of donation
- If you are between 16 and 17 years old, a signed parental consent form is needed. please download here and bring it on the day of donation.
