REVEREND ISAAC TENG
Isaac Teng is the Senior Pastor. He enjoys being a pastor, especially having the privilege of seeing the word of God change lives. His vision is to make self-propagating disciples excited about the glory of God through preaching and teaching the Word of God. His life philosophy is found in the call of the biblical author, Qoheleth – to live (passionately), laugh (out loud) and love (unconditionally) because we have been redeemed.

REVEREND PETER LIN
Peter Lin is the Pastor Emeritus of Queenstown Baptist Church. He is truly a pilgrim after spending 25 years in Hong Kong, 18 years in USA, 12 years in Singapore, and 3 years in Taiwan. He is passionate in helping people to fall in love with our Lord Jesus Christ as well as developing their leadership potential in Christ. Peter has been married to Michelle, the love of his life, for more than three decades. Life Verse: “I (God) will honor those who honor me” 1 Sam 2:30b

REVEREND SAMUEL NG
Samuel Ng is the Executive Pastor and Coordinating Pastor of the Chinese Congregation. He was sent by QBC to teach at Baptist Theological Seminary for 5 years in 2017 and is now an adjunct lecturer. He loves hiking, not only walking alone with God in the mountain streams, but also enjoying the company of others on the journey. Crossing the age of 60, he hopes to always be joyful and see life through. I look at the past with gratitude, put my heart into the present and look towards the future with eternal hope. He is married to Irene Chia who is involved in the missions ministry and also serving at BTS. They have two children, Kevin and Karis. Motto for ministry is: Seek nothing for oneself and surrender all to the Lord.

PASTOR ELAINE KWOK
Elaine Kwok is the Children’s Pastor at QBC. She is passionate about all things related to raising children to be faithful disciples of Christ. Her vision is to see children being well developed, raised up and released into their full potential for God. She believes discipleship begins at home. Her focus is to help and equip congregations to make home the primary place where faith is nurtured. Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” Matthew 19:14

PASTOR REBEKAH LEONG
Rebekah Leong serves as the Christian Education Director. She experienced first-hand at the age of 15, the transformative power of the Word of God lived out through the testimony of her Sunday school teacher. As such, she is particularly passionate to make disciples with transformed lives through the Word of God. She is compelled by Deuteronomy 6:5 to serve God and to love Him with all her heart, soul and strength.

PASTOR SIEW GUO FEN
Siew Guo Fen, also known as PGF among the youths, is the Next Gen Pastor. “To stand before the Lord is to change,” her vision is to see transformed lives by the knowledge and the application of God’s Word and to see the next generations rise up to leadership positions.

PASTOR ISABELLA LIM
Isabella Lim serves as QBC Community Outreach & Evangelism Pastor. Jesus, the Light of the World called her by name when she was 13 years old and her life was never the same again. A former ophthalmic nurse, she sees the best in people and believes that all can have a blessed life through understanding and experiencing the love of their heavenly Father and the revelation of Jesus’ finished work on the cross.

PASTOR SHEILA ONG
Sheila Ong is the Worship Pastor of QBC. She firmly believes that God created music as a tool to help us know and worship Him; God spoke to her through her encounter with church music in her school choir days and led her to salvation. As such, her vision is to use music as a tool to preach God’s Word and edify His people. “Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God.” Colossians 3:16
