QBC EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

QBC will be holding an Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) on Sunday, 30 October 2022 at 11.30am in Agape Sanctuary (L3). All members are required to attend the EOGM.
MCCY/CoC has approved our draft revised constitution with some amendments required. Church’s approval at EOGM is needed on the amendments before submission to RoS for final approval.
The EOGM documents can be downloaded here. For confidentiality, the documents have been password-locked. The password to unlock the documents will be announced during the Saturday/Sunday Services before the EOGM and again at the beginning of the EOGM itself
ALL members are requested to attend the meeting and vote on the amendments.
